Rental Terms
Version 2026-10-30. By booking and paying, you agree to these terms with Flagstaff Moving Crates LLC ("we"). You agree to sign and receive this agreement electronically.
Rental period
You choose a 7-day or 14-day rental when you book. The rental starts on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date shown at booking. Delivery and pickup happen within the time windows you choose; we may contact you to adjust them.
Delivery and pickup
You provide the delivery and pickup addresses at booking and make sure we can reach them. Delivery and pickup are included within Flagstaff city limits. Nearby areas may have a delivery fee, which we will confirm with you before delivery. Crates must be packed-out, empty, and accessible at pickup.
Late returns
If crates or the dolly are not ready for pickup within 24 hours after the agreed pickup date, we will charge the daily extension rate to your saved card until they are returned: $2 per day (10 crates), $3 (20), $4 (40), $5 (60).
Lost or damaged items
Normal wear is expected. Crates, lids, or dollies lost or damaged beyond normal use will be charged at $12 per crate and lid set, and the replacement cost for a dolly.
Saved card authorization
You authorize us to save the card you use at booking and to charge it only for late-return days, lost or damaged items, and any approved extras or fees described in these terms. We will email you a receipt for any additional charge. You can contact us about any charge you believe is wrong.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Later cancellations may be charged a delivery fee.
Use of crates
Use the crates for household moving and storage only. Do not use them for food, liquids, chemicals, firearms, or hazardous materials. Keep them clean and dry, and do not exceed the labeled weight limit.
Liability
You are responsible for the crates and dolly while they are in your possession. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the items you pack, or for injury caused by misuse.
