Last updated: October 30, 2026. Flagstaff Moving Crates LLC ("we," "us") rents reusable moving crates in Flagstaff, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through flagstaffmovingcrates.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book: your name, email, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, delivery and pickup dates and time windows, and any notes you add (such as gate codes or parking). We also record that you accepted our Rental Terms and when.
When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe collects your card details and billing information and keeps your card on file so we can charge late days or lost and damaged items as described in our Rental Terms.
When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, and message, sent through our contact form.
Automatically: our website host and payment provider may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to run the service.
How we use your information
To schedule and complete deliveries and pickups, process payments and receipts, charge fees you agreed to, answer your questions, send booking confirmations and reminders, prevent fraud, keep records, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and contact form), scheduling and automation tools we use to put bookings on our calendar (such as Google Calendar and Zapier or Make), and email providers. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
Cookies and tracking
Our site does not use advertising cookies. Stripe and our host may use cookies or similar technology that are needed for payments, security, and site performance. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal reasons, then delete or anonymize them. Stripe keeps payment data under its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to remove your saved card, by contacting us. Some records we must keep by law. To remove a saved card from Stripe, contact us and we will help.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
